Welcome to Law Firm Authority Club (“we,” “our,” “us”). By joining our membership, purchasing our services, or using our website, you (“you,” “your,” “the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

• Law Firm Authority Club delivers custom social media authority content (LinkedIn + Instagram/Facebook posts) on a subscription basis.

• Deliverables include authority-focused design, legal-specific copywriting, and publishing support.

• All content is created exclusively for your firm and pre-approved by you before publishing.

2. Exclusivity Policy

• To maintain fairness and protect competitive advantage, we limit membership slots.

• We only work with a maximum of two (2) firms per city. In smaller towns or regions, we may restrict membership to one (1) firm only.

• Once your slot is reserved, your competitors in the same region are locked out.

3. Payment & Billing

• Membership is billed in advance on a monthly (€2,500/mo) or annual (€25,000/yr) basis.

• All payments are final. Membership slots and work commence immediately upon payment.

• Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Refund Policy

• Due to the custom nature of our work and the exclusive capacity limits, all payments are non-refundable.

• The only exceptions are duplicate billing errors or incorrect charges due to technical issues.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely approvals on drafted content (delays may affect posting schedules).

• Supply accurate brand materials (logo, firm colors, headshots, etc.) where required.

• Comply with all applicable laws, advertising, and bar/solicitor regulations regarding legal marketing.

6. Intellectual Property

• Content created under your membership is licensed to your firm for ongoing use.

• We may showcase anonymized versions of designs/posts for our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Cancellation & Termination

• Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.

• Annual memberships are binding for the contracted year.

• We reserve the right to terminate memberships for non-payment, abusive conduct, or reputational risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

• While we aim to enhance your firm’s authority and visibility, we do not guarantee specific financial results or case wins.

• Our liability for any claim is strictly limited to the fees paid in the last 30 days.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
